Safety Checks In Your Home

We appreciate that these are difficult times, but we still have a duty of care to our tenants, and we want to ensure your home environment remains as safe as possible. Therefore, in line with government advice, we still plan on conducting essential safety checks, including gas and electric checks in your homes.

If your home has gas central heating, this must, by law, have an annual safety check.  As well as making sure that there is no risk of carbon monoxide leaks, the boiler will also be checked to make sure that it is in good working order.  Our engineers will also check your smoke alarms at the same time.

These are essential safety works and if not completed, could cause significant risk to your safety or damage to your home.

We have implemented new ways of working which following strict health and safety protocols to protect both you and our staff. We will always call ahead to discuss this with you to put you at ease and to ensure we are taking take appropriate additional safety measures.
