This scheme is a joint venture between Caredig Ltd, Pembrokeshire County Council and Hywel Dda Health Board. Bro Preseli has the additional benefit of an on-site Primary Health Centre, Day Centre, GP practice and associated health services all situated within the scheme.
Bro Preseli sits in the semi-rural community of Crymych, and offers a chance to live in one of the 40 one or two-bedroom apartments that are decorated to the highest standards. Each apartment is designed with older people in mind and has level access throughout with an open plan kitchen/lounge and a spacious wet room.
The building is designed with lots of different spaces that allow tenants to arrange and access different activities. Activities include gardening clubs, quiz evenings, themed days, computer classes, bingo, trips out, entertainment and yoga. We also arrange other activities to accommodate tenants' interests.
There is also on-site Front of House staff, estates and kitchen staff, who all put the tenants at the heart of the service.
Bro Preseli has many communal areas that can be used by the tenants and members of the local community. These include:

How to Apply
If you wish to apply for Bro Preseli, you can contact Pembrokeshire County Council who handle all applications. Existing Caredig tenants who wish to transfer homes will also need to apply to Pembrokeshire County Council. You can contact them by calling 01437 764551 or emailing CBL@pembrokeshire.gov.uk.
