What You’ll Get
The amount of Universal Credit you can get depends on your circumstances and income. Your Universal Credit payment is made up of a basic ‘standard allowance’ and any extra amounts that apply to you.

Update Your Online UC Journal
If you are claiming Universal Credit you need to update your online journal with your new rent amounts for this year. If you don’t do this your claim may be underpaid or even suspended. You can do it yourself simply by logging in to your account here.
