The Housing Department is made up of Community Housing Officers, Rent Housing Officers, and the Housing Services Team, who are all her to help.
Housing Service Team
The Housing Services Team was established in November 2023 in order to provide a holistic “one stop shop” for residents and applicants who contact Caredig. The team are committed to providing a great service and resolving all queries in a single interaction. They can help with all Housing related matters such as applying for a home, paying your rent, help with anti-social behaviour and reporting a repair.
