Caredig, which means ‘kind’ in Welsh, and is what we are all about.
We are a nonprofit registered social landlord (RSL) based in Swansea. We were established in 1975 to meet the housing needs of families, older and more vulnerable people.
Putting people and communities at the heart of what we do
We manage over 2,900 high-quality, affordable homes and provide a range of services to people and communities across Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Neath and Port Talbot, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
We are an ambitious and well-established independent housing association. We have strong local roots, a reputation for developing new homes, and a track record for making a positive difference in our local communities.
