Project Milestone on our Oxford Street Development

We’re excited to share a major milestone at our Oxford Street development, delivered in partnership with Morganstone Ltd.

The project is now nearing completion, and momentum is truly building as we prepare for the final stages. Our Leadership Team recently visited the site, and it was fantastic to see the progress firsthand.

The development will bring 33 much‑needed affordable apartments to Swansea’s city centre, supporting the ongoing regeneration of this vibrant area. In addition to the new homes, the scheme includes six retail units being developed for Kartay, helping to create a lively, sustainable community hub where residents and local businesses can thrive.
