Optimised Retrofit Programme

Family Housing are delighted to have received confirmation of the second award of funding through Welsh Government’s Optimised Retrofit Programme.

This innovative programme, as part of a bid by a consortium of 26 Welsh Social Housing landlords, will retrofit existing homes to provide effective, practical pathways to take homes to their lowest achievable carbon footprint thus making energy bills more manageable for our tenants.
