New Development Partnership

Following on from their successful treasury refinancing, Family Housing is now able to move forward, supporting Welsh Government’s aspiration of creating more affordable housing. The ambition is to build 700 new homes and to “build back better” by developing low carbon homes of the future with like-minded development partners.

The first of many new partnership projects has now started, and Family Housing are proud to share they are working with Castell Group Ltd to create 9 new one-bedroom apartment in the Treboeth area of Swansea.

Castell Group Ltd commented “These homes not only look great visually but are EPC A rated with Pv, SAHP, and have dual tariff Quantas heating system”.

This is an exciting start to Family Housings development plans and they are looking forward to building on their development vision with further strategic partners who share in their plans to grow and innovate.
