Local Pupils Explore Nature with Caredig and Morganstone

Caredig, in partnership with Morganstone Ltd, proudly supported an exciting educational adventure for pupils from St. Helen’s Primary School, Swansea, bringing science to life in the lush surroundings of Plantasia Tropical Zoo.

The trip offered students a unique opportunity to explore the natural world up close, complementing their classroom learning about Venus flytraps and other fascinating plant life. Surrounded by tropical greenery and exotic animals—from curious meerkats to colourful reptiles—the children were captivated by the immersive experience.

This initiative reflects Caredig’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and enriching educational opportunities for young people.

“It was a joy to see the students’ curiosity bloom as they engaged with nature in such a hands-on way, experiences like this help foster a lifelong love of learning.” said Emma Williams, Community Engagement Officer at Caredig.

Caredig extends heartfelt thanks to St. Helen’s Primary School for their enthusiasm and to Plantasia Tropical Zoo for hosting such a memorable and inspiring day.
