Important Announcement

Karen Dusgate our Chief Executive is retiring in January and we are delighted to announce that Marcia Sinfield has been appointed as our new Chief Executive.

Marcia is currently Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Resources at Tai Calon Community Housing and prior to that she held a number of senior roles at different councils, and was heavily involved in some of the significant regeneration projects undertaken by Cardiff Council, the largest council in Wales.

While it will be with sadness that we will be saying goodbye to Karen, we look forward to welcoming Marcia in January as we begin an exciting new chapter in our story.
