Halloween at Pen Y Morfa

The Family Housing East Team, Property Services and Estates Team held a Halloween event for our tenants from the Pen Y Morfa estate in Llanelli. They collaborate with Citizens Advice, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Communities at work and PaCE to deliver vital information to our tenants, the Family Housing Rent Team were also on hand to give advice on the changes to Universal Credit.

The staff organised party food and drinks along with plenty of activities to keep the children (and adults) entertained! The children had a fab time playing party games, football, crafts, apple bobbing and face painting, they also had a best dresses competition that was judged by the Mid and West wales Fire and Rescue Service.

The tenants had a really good day and the feedback was that they appreciated Family Housing taking the time organise the events and it made it easier for them to talk about any issues or queries they had directly.
