Coronavirus Information

We are well prepared for #Coronavirus and we are doing everything possible to protect the health and safety of our residents and colleagues, following the latest advice from Public Health Wales and taking pro-active measures.

We kindly ask that you do not visit our Extra Care schemes if you are currently unwell, or if you, a partner or a dependent has recently returned from a category 1 or 2 country. These schemes are home to our older tenants who are more vulnerable to contracting the virus, we want to do all we can to minimise the risk to them

If you have been advised to self-isolate or have been in contact with someone please let us know before we are due to visit you

There may come a point in the near future that we will need to take further sensible precautions to ensure social isolation in our communities by providing a limited service, and only attend urgent works.

At the moment it is business as usual and we will be in touch if anything changes.

Stopping the spread:

Personal hygiene is the most important way we can tackle COVID-19, especially washing hands more; and applying the ‘catch it, bin it, kill it’ strategy for those with coughs and sneezes (this will help in delaying the peak of the infection). Washing hands for 20 seconds is central to prevent and slow the spread of the virus.
