Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week with fantastic news!

We’re excited to share a brilliant achievement from within our Directly Employed Maintenance Staff (DEMS) Voids Team as we mark National Apprenticeship Week.

Chris Jones has successfully completed his Carpentry Apprenticeship, a major milestone in his development and a moment of real pride for everyone who has supported him throughout his journey.

During his apprenticeship, Chris has shown outstanding commitment, determination, and passion for his craft. His hard work has not only led to achieving his qualification but has also earned him national recognition — he was nominated for a UK-wide apprenticeship competition, a testament to his talent and potential. 👏

Thanks go to Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges, Castell Group and Richard Palmer, whose guidance and encouragement have played a key role in helping Chris build confidence, develop technical skills, and grow into the competent professional he is today. This success perfectly reflects the value of investing in our people and the powerful impact of great mentoring.
