Using Passion & Purpose to Achieve Strategic Objectives

The Caredig Executive Team and Board of Management, met in March to reflect upon our Passion and Purpose and how this links to the great progress we are making towards achieving our Strategic Objectives.

The Strategic Objectives have been created to align success, clarity and delivery of our services. Alongside this we have established five key Strategic Projects which are also underway and embedded into our day by day approach to improve services we provide to both residents and staff.
