Sustainable Housing Assessment

As part of our commitment to sustainability we recently underwent a Sustainable Housing Assessment and are proud to share that we passed with flying colours and are delighted to have been recognised as a ‘Sustainable Housing Association’.

The Sustainable Housing Assessment provides each housing association with a score on:
E – Environmental
S – Social
G – Governance.

In all three dimensions Caredig has met the overall threshold of 50% to pass, scoring an average of 88% overall and the following in each dimension:
✓ 87% – Environmental
✓ 80% – Social
✓ 100% – Governance
