New Homes for Caredig Residents built by Bellway

The handover of brand new homes for Caredig resident is well under way in Penllegaer, Swansea.

We’d like to say a very big thank you to Bellway who have collaborated with us on this project from the early stages.
Building on an extremely good working relationship with Bellway we are looking forward to working with them on future projects.

37 homes will be provided from Bellway in total and our Housing and Development team worked well together to provide a seamless handover to the first 6 residents.

We are expecting two more homes to be handed over during February and another four homes later in the summer.

Sales Manager for Bellway Wales, Rhodri Davies, said: “Providing affordable properties to people who might not otherwise be able to buy one of these fantastic new-build homes is an extremely important aspect of the work we do at Bellway.
