At Caredig we use technology in a way that keeps people and relationships at the heart of our work. Although digital is a key tool for us, we aren’t led by technology. We choose to review processes first and then apply PanConnect in the way that will best suit our business, staff and tenants. Technology makes us agile but only after we have decided what we need it to deliver for us. That way, care and support remains front and centre.
