Emma Morgan Appointed Director for Customers, Support and Improvement at Caredig
Caredig is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Morgan as its new Director for Customers, Support and Improvement, marking an important milestone in both Emma’s career and the organisation’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality services for residents.
Emma brings more than 21 years of experience at Caredig, having begun her career with the organisation as an administrator in the Rents team. Since then, she has progressed through a variety of roles, building extensive knowledge across the organisation and developing a strong reputation for her commitment to customers and colleagues alike.
Over the years, Emma has built a broad and in-depth understanding of housing services, with a particular focus on Housing Management and Care & Support services. Her experience spans frontline operations, service improvement, and strategic leadership, making her well placed to lead Caredig’s customer-focused services through their next phase of development.
In her new role, Emma will have strategic responsibility for ensuring that customer voices remain at the heart of decision-making, while driving continuous improvement across services that support residents to live independently and thrive in their communities.
