Christmas Closure and Important Information
Our offices will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday 24th for the Christmas break. We will re-open on Thursday 2nd January.

Smell Gas?You can report suspected gas leaks to the National Gas Emergency Helpline on 0800 111 999. Power Cuts
If you experience a power cut, please report it to the National Grid by calling 105 or visiting https://powercuts.nationalgrid.co.uk/ Direct Debits
If you pay your rent by direct debit and were due to pay it on the 25th or 26th December, payment will now be taken on the 27th. If you were due to pay on the 1st January, then payment will now be made on the 2nd. Please ensure you have enough money in your account to cover the payment on these dates. If you receive Universal Credit or other benefits, then there will be some changes to the days you get paid.
