New Offices

We are pleased to be able to confirm that planning for our new Head Office has been agreed, the site is the old Nationwide Building Society/Burgess Travel buildings on the Kingsway in Swansea City Centre. As well as our new offices, which will be located on the ground floor, there will also be 18 affordable apartments.
Work has already begun with our partners, Calon Construction, who have been stripping out the ground floor. We expect work on the development to be complete by June 2024 ready for fit out and potential moving in in September 2024.
