Caredig Launch New Strategic Objectives

In September 2023 we lunched our Vision The Caredig Way – Together we proudly create great places to live and work. Following on from this launch, Caredig staff and Board members created five Strategic Objectives.

The Strategic Objectives have been created to align success, clarity and delivery of our services. Alongside this we have established five key Strategic Projects which are also underway and embedded into our day by day approach to improve services we provide to both residents and staff.
