Caredig Announces Executive Team Appointments

Caredig is pleased to announce two key appointments to its Executive Team, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to delivering great places for people to live and work.

Steve Evans Appointed Director for Property & Assets
Steve Evans has been appointed Director for Property & Assets, alongside his existing role as Deputy Chief Executive. Steve joined Caredig in 2020 and has held senior leadership roles across the housing sector for many years. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director for Customers & Communities.

In his expanded role, Steve will be pivotal in leading further service improvements to ensure that Caredig continues to provide safe, high‑quality homes and well‑maintained places that support thriving communities.

Steve said: “I’m really excited to be taking on this new role at such a critical time for Caredig and the wider housing sector. Providing and maintaining great homes is increasingly challenging, and I’m looking forward to working closely with colleagues and tenants to deliver reliable, high quality services that people can depend on.”

Emma Morgan Appointed Director for Customers, Support & Improvement
Emma Morgan has been appointed Director for Customers, Support & Improvement, following her role as Head of Housing and Support. This promotion marks a significant milestone in Emma’s 21 years at Caredig and recognises her continued dedication to delivering high‑quality services for tenants.

Emma will lead services focused on customer experience, support, and continuous improvement, working closely with teams across the organisation to meet the evolving needs of tenants and communities.
