Housing Services Team
The Housing Services Team provide a holistic “one stop shop” for residents and applicants who contact Caredig. The team are committed to providing a great service and resolving all queries in a single interaction. They can help with all Housing related matters such as applying for a home, paying your rent, help with anti-social behaviour and reporting a repair.

When you contact us by phone, our team will ask you to confirm your date of birth. This helps ensure we are speaking to the correct person before discussing any tenancy information or making changes to your account.
