The Housing Management Team will be your key point of contact for all contract related queries, including:
- Applications & allocations of homes
- Dealing with complaints of anti-social behaviour
- Helping you through emergency situations
- Estate and neighbourhood management
- Amendments to your contract
- Transfers (Mutual exchanges)
Housing Services Team
You can reach the Housing Services Team 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday by calling 01792 460192, you can also email on info@caredig.co.uk and the team will be happy to help you with your enquiries including reporting concerns and repairs.
Community Housing Officers
You will first meet your Community Housing Officer when we are showing you your new home and we will be there to provide help and advice with regards to your contract and your rights and responsibilities as a resident of Caredig. The Housing Officers are community based and are often meeting with residents so please call our Housing Services Team with your enquiry.
