We have homes for rent in several local authorities in Wales. It’s easy to register your interest, but the application process is not the same in each area.

Ways to Pay:

My Home 24/7 - My Home 24/7 is our tenant app, which can be accessed on a mobile or tablet 24 hours a day 7 days a week and puts you in control of your account.

Direct Debit - Direct debit is one of the easiest ways to pay your rent. A direct debit is an instruction from you to your bank or building society that allows us to collect your rent directly from your account.

To set up or amend a direct debit, please contact us on 01792 460192.

Pay Point - You can pay your rent at the Post Office or any shop that displays the PayPoint logo. You will need to take your Rent Card with you. Find your nearest payment outlet.

Phone - You can pay over the phone using a debit or credit card. Just call us on 01792 460192.

In Person - You can visit our office and pay using cash or card.

As a responsible housing association, we take the issue of Community Safety and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) very seriously.

What is not considered ASB?

Living / household noises such as;

• Flushing toilets
• DIY Cooking smells
• People walking within their homes
• People smoking in their homes or gardens
• People talking at normal volumes in their home
• Washing machines/ Vacuums
• Babies crying or playing
• People being inconsiderate or thoughtless
• People looking or staring Lifestyle or personal disputes
• One off parties / BBQ’s

Can I report crimes to you?

If a crime had been committed, then it should be reported to the police in the first instance on 999 for emergencies or 101 or online for non-emergencies. We are committed to dealing with crimes in our communities and work with the police and other agencies to do this.
