When you raise a repair with the Housing Service Team on 01792 460192, sometimes your repair will be assigned to an external contractor to complete the work. Each engineer drives a fully branded van that is easy to recognise.
We always try to keep the same engineers on the same contracts so that they become recognisable and familiar to tenants.
