Due to the ongoing housing crisis, we have made an agreement to support our local councils by allocating all our properties through their Housing Options services.
As a result:
- We are no longer accepting direct applications or registrations of interest.
- All housing allocations will now be managed by the relevant council Housing Options teams.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, maybe another housing association can help. Housing Associations have different ways of deciding who qualifies for their homes and who can get on to their waiting list, so you should contact each Housing Association directly for more information.
Don't forget to also look at our homes we have specifically for those aged 50+!
