TPAS Pulse Survey

TPAS work with Landlords and Residents in Wales to help shape housing services. They enable the sharing and promotion of good practice in resident participation and have been doing this since 1989.

This week, TPAS has launched their latest Pulse survey, as the Welsh Government have commissioned them to gather residents views on the incredibly important and topical issue of rent setting and service charges. They are collaborating with senior Welsh Government officials directly on this important topic and want to make sure it represents the voices of all residents.

They want to make sure residents voices from across Wales are represented in this report and have created the following survey (in English and Welsh) to gather this information.
