Caredig Are Welsh Housing Award Winners

Caredig are delighted and proud to have won at this years Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru Welsh Housing awards 2023.

Winning the 'Supporting Independent Living' award recognises our dedicated Care and Support teams who continue to keep making a positive impact for every service user by embedding them in their communities, striving towards independence and changing their lives for the better.

Caredig have developed a bespoke psychological model to support people that access our care and support services. We already know that the work that we do to support the users of our service has hugely positive effects on their mental, physical, and social wellbeing, however, we are a continuous learning organisation, and we are proactive in exploring innovative ways to support our service users to empower them to lead flourishing lives.
Working closely with other agencies such as the Community Mental Health teams, Substance misuse agencies, Voluntary service such as MIND amongst others help to maximise the success of the support.
